You will act as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries across the business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys supporting users in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering a high level of service.

You must have solid experience of 365, Azure, AD, Networking

You will act as the primary technical point of contact for employees, diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT issues across hardware, operating systems, applications, networking, printing, email, video conferencing and cloud-based services.

You will be required to upload your CV and cover letter to your application, demonstrating your interest in this position and how you meet the person specification.
