IT technician apprentice jobs in Leicester

You will be joining a dynamic ICT support department where you will assist with maintaining school networks, supporting classroom technology and ensuring smooth running of all school systems.

You will be joining an existing team of 4 dealing with queries on the phone, e-mail and face to face.

You should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a close-knit team.

You should demonstrate a strong working knowledge of vehicles, trailers, workshop plant, and equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic problems.

You will be a key member of a small and dedicated hydrant maintenance team, working across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland.

You will assess the condition and accessibility of fire hydrants, carry out visual checks, and ensure they are fully operational using appropriate equipment.
