You will have at least 1 years’ experience in an IT-related role, be confident supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365, and be willing to learn and get involved in project work.

You will also be assigned an expert tutor to help you throughout your training.

You will then go on to sit the CompTIA A+ exams to give you the official certifications which will be recognised worldwide.
