You will be positively supporting people by providing holistic support including personal care, medication administration, integration into the local community and managing their anxieties, which they may communicate through distressing behaviour. No experience is necessary, so don't worry if you don't think you know enough about how to support adults with autism.

You will lead and inspire the Business Support Team, ensuring smooth delivery of key services that underpin the site’s operational success.

You will manage contracts and facilities across CDCPK assets, making sure suppliers deliver value and compliance is maintained.

You will drive continuous improvement, identifying smarter ways of working and helping the team adapt to changing business needs.
