IT Technical Support jobs in Macclesfield

You will manage and monitor IT infrastructure, resolve incidents and service requests in line with ITIL processes, and take part in global projects focused on system upgrades and service improvements. You'll work with a global IT team, supporting thousands of users and ensuring a world-class service across multiple sites.

You will be responsible for supporting front-of-house, back-office, and guest-facing technologies, including property management systems, POS, Wi-Fi, and conferencing facilities. This role requires excellent technical skills, strong communication, and the ability to deliver high-quality IT service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will partner with major pharma organisations to accelerate their scientific data centralisation and AI-readiness initiatives, operating across large enterprise environments with multi-technology stacks already in place.

You will act as the primary technical leader across strategic enterprise accounts, combining scientific domain expertise, architectural depth, and commercial instincts.

You will be driving continuous improvement, by conducting and coordinating investigations identifying root cause analysis, and implementing effective containments and well as working closely with the plant maintenance technicians; you will be supporting theirknowledge uplift of automated systems; along with your own development.
