IT Technical Support jobs in Caterham

You will maintain effective communication and liaison with the Service Users, Families and others whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality. Supporting Service Users with preparation of their meals, laundry duties, cleaning and social events. Maintain accurate notes and records as and when required.

You will be trusted to work across a variety of projects and become a key part of the team. Key responsibilities: Providing hands-on support across hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 environments. Managing tickets end-to-end, ensuring clear communication and thorough resolution.

You will develop and oversee delivery of HV/LV maintenance and emergency recovery strategies.

You will support the engineering team and our clients in the technical review of proposed works against industry best practice and site standards. Additionally, you will manage, review and be the focal point our Safe Systems of Work and Safety Rules & Procedures.

You will need to have proficient communication skills and high levels of customer service. Desirable Requirements- Knowledge of Microsoft applications particularly Office 365. Previous networking experience. Effective communication when escalating duties to 2nd line. Passion for all things Tech.
