You will be responsible for the delivery of key security enforcing capability into the platform. Mandatory skills:* Broad experience working within network infrastructure design, development, and review for infrastructure solutions, with specific focus upon security. Experience designing and documenting security solutions.
You will ensure, as part of the DX program, that software applications are thoroughly tested and meet the required standards before release.
You will be proficient in documenting test artefacts, test data, scripts, and trackers.
You will work with the Test Lead to evaluate testing requirements, offering suitable recommendations and guidance on planning, executing, and tracking test results.
You will work closely with global teams and stakeholders, supportingboth standard and custom projects while driving technical innovation andcustomer satisfaction. This position involves extensive travel across Europe,engaging with internal teams, customers, and sales representatives to enhanceengineering support and product adoption.
You will be working in the IT team with the IT Services manager and other Engineers, specifically to provide hands on direct support the Staff and Student End users of the systems provided by IT.
You will come from an IT background with experience of providing excellent customer service.
