You will work closely with global teams and stakeholders, supportingboth standard and custom projects while driving technical innovation andcustomer satisfaction. This position involves extensive travel across Europe,engaging with internal teams, customers, and sales representatives to enhanceengineering support and product adoption.
You will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into functional applications, and support the integration of these apps within the organisation’s existing systems.
You will be supporting the delivery of data‐focused projects, including: Preparing scheme data for buy‐in/buy‐out transactions Assisting with GMP reconciliation/rectification and equalisation exercises Supporting data readiness for the Pensions Dashboard and other regulatory initiatives
You will work closely with stakeholders across PMO, Architecture, and the wider business, ensuring alignment with governance standards and technical strategy. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing several projects or changes concurrently, demonstrating agility and strong organisational skills.
You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate migration, analysis and transformation of scheme data, alongside configuring and testing automated calculations within our administration systems.
You will be highly numerate, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a strong background in pensions data and benefit calculations.
You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.
You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
You will get the chance to deliver effective solutions, driving meaningful business change for our clients, using some of the latest technology platforms.
You will work closely with business, technology, architecture, and compliance teams to gather requirements, shape technical specifications, and support the delivery of solutions across core banking, digital channels, and associated platforms.
