You will work closely with users across portfolio management, trading, compliance, and operations, helping to resolve issues, optimise workflows, and deliver technical solutions that drive business efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting front-office investment systems such as Charles River, BlackRock Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, Thinkfolio, or similar platforms.

You will work as part of an award-winning global support team to solve problems and respond to clients’ requirements. Respond promptly to client support requests and inquiries. Provide customer support for order entry, risk management, and exchange connectivity issues. Conduct detailed analysis of complex order and trade histories.

You will also lead testing activities across projects and major change initiatives, helping to maintain high standards of performance and reliability across our systems. Lead test management for SAP and integrated applications, developing and executing test plans and scripts.
