IT Technical Applications Analyst jobs in Macclesfield
You will manage and monitor IT infrastructure, resolve incidents and service requests in line with ITIL processes, and take part in global projects focused on system upgrades and service improvements. You'll work with a global IT team, supporting thousands of users and ensuring a world-class service across multiple sites.
You will be responsible for supporting front-of-house, back-office, and guest-facing technologies, including property management systems, POS, Wi-Fi, and conferencing facilities. This role requires excellent technical skills, strong communication, and the ability to deliver high-quality IT service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.
You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
