You will need proven experience in a support or maintenance coordinator or management role and have a strong technical aptitude with familiarity in systems maintenance, electrical engineering, IT support, or similar domains. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential as is a proficiency in using support ticketing systems and project management tools.

You must have a proven background in IT Sales and IT managed services or Cyber security sales.

You will be responsible for your own sales targets - Monitor CRM activity and ensure accurate pipeline management - Run team huddles and team meetings to drive focus and energy Performance Management

You will triage support requests in the first instance attempting a first time fix where possible and escalating up in IT Support and out to wider IT&BC where necessary. As you develop you will have the opportunity to work in our higher technical areas, 2nd line support and hardware provisioning.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.

You will be required, with training, to understand and be familiar with the full product range with the ability to offer alternatives if required and advise on the selection of products where possible.

You will liaise with Field Sales Engineers and other staff to achieve the branch objectives and sales performance and as is normal in a small team environment engage in other duties.
