You will relentlessly and forensically analyse conversion rate factors, benchmark these against competitors and comparator brands, and design practical, effective solutions in collaboration with our Performance, Creative, Brand, and Technology teams.

You will assess technology platforms, change activity, supplier risk and operational resilience, while working closely with teams across the business. The ideal person is naturally inquisitive, confident engaging with senior stakeholders and comfortable speaking with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams — including infrastructure engineers, GIS specialists, application owners, and business stakeholders — to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing environments supporting GIS and enterprise platforms.

You will be working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of water project experts on a range of projects.

You will ideally come from either a mechanical engineering, M & E, HVAC, fabrication, structural steelwork or other construction related field, however for the right person, we are willing to consider other technical related markets; so if you are a proven sales consultant or specification sales person, we would urge you to apply.

You should be comfortable communicating complex technical requirements with developers. - Strong communication skills — able to explain technical/structural topics (taxonomy, governance, workflow, data ownership, customer data handling) in plain language to non-technical stakeholders.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
