You will be responsible for assessing, documenting, and optimize IT infrastructure across our customer base. This role involves a combination of onsite IT support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and site audits to ensure all systems comply with organizational standards and best practices.

You will be responsible for carrying out emissions analyser return-to-base gas checks, Factory Acceptance Tests, Site Acceptance Tests, along with the responsibility of Protea’s rental and demonstration equipment. There will be opportunity for international travel with this role, but it is not a requirement.
