You will be responsible for the 'top of the funnel. ' You won't be expected to close the technical sale; your success will be measured by the number of high-quality appointments you book for the Sales Lead:
You will assist with initial quotes to customers and answer any initial queries.
You will also update internal databases of customer orders, live pricing and any quote amendments.
You will also assist with invoicing and processing payments.
You will be comfortable using Microsoft 365 packages, good general IT skills and familiarity with ERP systems would also be advantageous.
You must be a UK or European citizen or from a country that is a signatory to the MTCR convention. You may be required to undergo a Background Security check which includes a criminal record check.
You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, managing the email inbox, where you will action all requests and queries quickly.
You will work with the team to prepare reports, documentation and items to be mailed out to clients and business partners.
