You will be responsible for overseeing site operations, coordinating maintenance, and supporting the smooth running of multiple sites. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract role offering a salary of £25,000–£37,000, along with excellent benefits.
You will collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering, building a network within the broader Kerry FSQ Community. This structured program includes rotations across at least two manufacturing sites, each with different process technologies, products, and end markets.
You will receive mentorship and leadership support to ensure your development stays on track.
You will engage with production, operations, and engineering stakeholders across the plant to deliver high‐quality, reliable, and efficient engineering services. Your work will directly contribute to minimising downtime, improving equipment performance, and supporting a safe and productive manufacturing environment.
