You will be supporting the manufacture of cutting-edge products for global markets. The Role You’ll play a key role in developing, implementing and improving the systems used to control, report and model silicon wafer fabrication processes. Working closely with IT, Technology Development and Factory Engineering, you’ll help drive performance, efficiency and profitability across the site.
You shouldbe educated to at least ONC level in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineeringand should have served a recognised Apprenticeship.
You will support the Claims and Operational areas of the business, and will take the lead on learning lessons from previous customer complaints, Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) decisions, as well guidance and policy provided by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and industry news & trends to address any underlying issues.
