IT support software jobs in South Mimms

You will act as a go-to person for our customers and assist them in a way that ensures we achieve a high NPS score. Working closely with the technical team and Solutions Specialist, you will help in finding commercial opportunities within the base, collecting and acting on client feedback and improve the customer experience.

You will be hands-on across the full lifecycle, from initial concept and prototyping, through to testing, integration, and commissioning, ensuring solutions are both practical and cutting-edge. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges, driving projects independently, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to bring ideas into reality.

You will be responsible for providing technical support for the company’s customers with the aim of fixing all incidents or escalating to the Senior Engineering team if required.

You will also be required to perform a variety of proactive tasks which will help maximize the customer’s up-time, perform root-cause analysis.

You will be a brand ambassador, always representing Porsche Retail Group and the Porsche brand. When you are not hosting customers or responding to incoming enquiries by phone or email, you will support the sales and aftersales teams by managing customer flow and maintaining a pristine showroom environment.
