You will leadrequirements analysis and high-level design to translate customerneeds into effective software solutions, while defining the overallarchitecture, core components, and system properties. Your workwill involve writing clean, efficient code using programming,scripting, and database languages, as well as planning andexecuting rigorous software testing.
You will resolve incident and change request tickets, using your experience and broadening your expertise by collaborating with your team members.
You will identify, analyze, and resolve IT issues, ensuring clear documentation and accurate records of all actions.
You will communicate effectively and maintain close contact with internal and external parties involved.
You will also actively seek opportunities to improve centre presentation and compliance, promote positive health and safety behaviours, and support our environmental policy.
