You will be responsible for driving its operational excellence and system improvements across manufacturing operations, ensuring processes, systems and infrastructure scale effectively to support continued business growth. This role combines hands‐on operational management with strategic systems development.

You will manage the administration process and the administration team to fulfil business objectives. The role will be focused on process improvement and utilising technology to best facilitate success across the entire business.

You will have strong administrative skills and be a competent people manager.

You will lead operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing operations, ensuring systems and processes scale effectively to support continued growth. This is a varied positionbining hands-on operational management with strategic systems development.

You will also collaborate closely with directors, offering advice on how operations can evolve to meet future needs, and work with HR to implement effective performance management and staff development processes.
