You will manage and monitor IT infrastructure, resolve incidents and service requests in line with ITIL processes, and take part in global projects focused on system upgrades and service improvements. You'll work with a global IT team, supporting thousands of users and ensuring a world-class service across multiple sites.
You will be responsible for supporting front-of-house, back-office, and guest-facing technologies, including property management systems, POS, Wi-Fi, and conferencing facilities.
