You will have experience working with people with mental health and/or dual diagnosis needs, gained through paid or voluntary roles.

You will oversee the full Electrical Design process with responsibility for the following: Oversee project delivery throughout all stages, from feasibility assessment to construction completion.
You will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders including design teams (AtkinsRealis), Civil Works Delivery teams, the Civil Works Alliance, Design Authority, Responsible Designer (Edvance-CNEPE-TEGG), and external regulators such as ONR, EA, and Sizewell B teams.

You will bring strong pre- and post-contract experience across sectors including residential, education, commercial and defence. Skills Required: Cost planning & valuations. You will deliver the Building Regulations Principal Designer service in line with the Building Safety Act and Building Regulations, supporting clients and design teams during the pre-construction and design stages.
You will be responsible for construction planning, estimating traffic numbers, construction workforce numbers, temporary facilities required for the delivery of the project, construction staging and execution plan development.
You will work independently and proactively on technical aspects from a projects inception, determining client briefs, to the delivery and close out of projects in accordance with best practice.
You will instruct, supervise and mentor junior staff in the design and management of schemes and work with clients to ensure delivery of projects to time and cost, and to help manage change.
You will report into the ASRM team Partner and work closely with other members of the ASRM team as well as the other directors in the wider AQD team.
You will advise the audit team in resolving the issue to enable them to manage any reputational risks and consistently deliver high quality audits.
You will average 40 hours per week over the year working annualised hours (less in summer more in winter) but your pay will not change!
