You will need to be adaptable, patient, and confident in working 1:1 or in small groups to meet a variety of learning and emotional needs. Roles and Responsibilities: * Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND, ensuring their individual learning needs are met. Work 1:1 with children or in small groups to deliver personalised interventions and learning activities.
You should be reliable, considerate and caring in your approach, and flexible when it comes to your work patterns. Formal qualifications aren't necessary, although any similar experience gained in a commercial or care setting would be useful.
You will be supporting across Primary ages between 11 to 19 years old. - Personal care is mandatory within this school. - Resilience and adaptability to deal with a variety of emotional and behavioural challenges.
