You will have a sound, basic understanding of IT and IT Terminology including all windows server and workstation products as well as networking technologies.

You will need to have previous experience installing windows desktop operating systemsExperience configuring wireless network and technologiesUnderstanding of Microsoft Office suite is essential

You will be responding to inbound support calls

You will provide excellent customer service keeping clients up to date with any issues.

You will also be responsible for upgrading types of hardware and software ensuring minimal impact to client.
