You will primarily be working on desktop support and providing assistance to both in-house and remote traders. This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring someone who can thrive under pressure and is eager to learn and expand on their career.

You will be required to work on-site or via remote connection to assist with hardware installations, operating system and software upgrades, systems integrations and basic IT-related issues.
