You will: Provide expert-level support for Matillion and wider data platform technologies. Manage and resolve incidents efficiently to minimise disruption. Proactively monitor platform performance and deliver enhancements. Ensure compliance with IT policies, access controls, recoverability standards, and governance requirements.
You will work closely with colleagues across Finance and other departments to investigate and resolve unidentifiable cash receipts, using good judgement and clear communication to query and resolve issues.
You will be identifying and processing data that has not been captured through automated interface files or has been rejected by the system, ensuring all income is correctly accounted for.
