You will have a passion for helping people and delivering high quality care and support services for people.

You will need to be well organised and be able to handle multiple caseloads under pressure.

You will need to be able to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders to source timely and cost-effective care and support services.

You will be comfortable working in a team and independently and be dedicated to completing your Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

You will ideally have a grade 4 or above in both your Maths and English GCSEs, however this is not essential. A driving licence is required for this role due to the location of our depot.

You will have previous experience in an IT technical support role and be able to demonstrate appropriate skills and knowledge.

You will be asked to upload a CV before starting an application form for this role. The system will take information such as education and employment history from your CV and auto-populate the relevant parts of the application form to save you time.

You will develop the team, optimise processes and ensure world-class quality and delivery for complex machined castings.
