IT Support Apprentice jobs in Mile End

You will be joining a friendly, collaborative team and will play a key role in delivering day‑to‑day technical support, resolving issues, preparing equipment, and ensuring colleagues can work effectively across all sites. You will be responsible for generating new business while managing and expanding existing client relationships. The role suits a confident, customer-focused sales professional with experience selling complex B2B software solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Drive new business opportunities and achieve sales targets across software and associated services

You must have a proven background in IT Sales and IT managed services or Cyber security sales.

You will be responsible for your own sales targets - Monitor CRM activity and ensure accurate pipeline management - Run team huddles and team meetings to drive focus and energy Performance Management

You will also have the reassurance of a job guarantee upon completion.

You will also be assigned an expert tutor to help you throughout your training.

You will gain the practical experience by using our cutting edge Livelabs.

You will then go on to sit the CompTIA A+ exams to give you the official certifications which will be recognised worldwide.
