You should be friendly and approachable with good communication skills, enabling you to build positive, trusting relationships with the young people and adults in your care. Our staff come from all walks of life, and bring their experiences, interests and skills – be that cooking, sports, the outdoors, art or crafts – with them to enrich the lives of those they care for.
You will be working with their MDT and school to ensure that their needs are met and to maximise their potential, as well as assisting them in their home and the community.
You will also be eligible to receive a shift allowance of 25% per annum less PAYE deductions if you commence shift working. Hours: 40 hours per week, working on a 12 hour shift pattern

You will work closely with experienced engravers to learn the technical skills required to operate engraving machinery and produce high-quality engraved items. What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
