You will manage network and server systems, provide technical support to staff and students, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. You will help with the design and assessment of traffic signal infrastructure and other traffic control systems.
You will have at least an applicable Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning or electrical engineering and a strong educational background in mathematics and written subjects.
You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.
You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
