You will support reporting requirements using Epicor tools such as BAQs, dashboards and SSRS outputs, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver meaningful, reliable information.

You will be comfortable working with data and reports, have good documentation skills, and be able to translate operational issues into clear system or process improvements.

You must have previous experience within a similar environment and be able to lead by example - Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential - Manual UK driving licence is essential - Experience of supporting team members - Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
