You will be a confident communicator who has no qualms in picking up the phone to speak with customers (not selling). Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, are essential, and knowledge of Sage systems would be highly desirable.
You will need to be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively within a small team.
You will work across the company, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to collate information and ensure compliance with data protection obligations.
You will need to provide evidence of eligibility (e.g. a passport or long birth certificate and proof of NI) and current proof of address (dated within the last 3 months), will be required as part of the recruitment process.
You will follow his care plan to provide basic physiotherapy-led exercises and positioning and assist with bike therapy and other therapy programmes as advised by the relevant therapists, parents and care plan.
You will accompany X with members of his family to attend medical appointments as required as well as family outings.
You will also be assisting with medication, use of mobility aids and personal equipment where required, and have a responsibility to report to the Registered Manager any significant changes in the health or circumstances of a client.
