You will be required to maintain a clear and well documented filing system and record keeping and will work closely with the Directors and our Financial Controller.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all our visitors follow the infection control rules in force at any given time, also taking the lead on coordinating any testing requirements, organising couriers and associated administrative tasks.

You will have previous experience from an administrative or reception job and confident using Microsoft Office.

You will work within the Conveyancing Department, providing high-quality administrative and legal support to fee earners, enabling them to focus on more complex legal matters.
