You will be working 2-3 days per week, which will be discussed at interview stage. Key Responsibilities as Driver Trainer: To undertake assessment of new drivers during recruitment process to identify training needs. Using a respectful and kind approach to provide training and mentoring for new drivers and current drivers who require additional support with their driving performance.

You must have a proven background in IT Sales and IT managed services or Cyber security sales.

You will be responsible for your own sales targets - Monitor CRM activity and ensure accurate pipeline management - Run team huddles and team meetings to drive focus and energy Performance Management

You will lead on the management of the trust’s service desk, whilst also considering the implementation of new technologies and software development, ensuring that the trust remains at the forefront of the Ed Tech world.
