You will use your customer service skills to provide user support on all company supported computers, applications, and software, troubleshooting problems, and advising users on appropriate actions.
You will be the first point of contact for all support tickets, where possible resolving or re-assigning as appropriate to other team members.
You will work with various stakeholders, internal teams and external suppliers to ensure all projects are managed from business case through to project closure.

This is a hands-on position suited to a confident 2nd line engineer who enjoys problem-solving, supporting colleagues, and maintaining clear communication with customers, especially during periods of high demand.
