You will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued development of our services, take part in clinical meetings, and work closely with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care for our patients. This role offers a varied workload, with flexibility to develop special interests and pursue professional growth within a supportive and progressive practice.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with schools within the North West area, as well as recruiting education professionals, who are looking for temporary supply work within your area.
You will also be required to attend events such as university and job centre career fairs.
You will also take part in continuous improvement, support project activity, and help drive long-term reliability across the site.
You will be based at our Oswestry Packaging site in Shropshire, working a3-on 3-off shift pattern (days & nights, 66).
You will hold an NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience gained in a fast-paced engineering setting.
You will also take part in continuous improvement, support project activity, and help drive long‑term reliability across the site.
