You will be responsible for resolving day-to-day IT issues, maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting a range of software and equipment across our network.

You will have strong expertise and the ability to provide rapid solutions. Using the Helpdesk ticket logging system to facilitate Desktop / Remote Support.

You will be part of a new Pharmacy Team, including Pharmacists, a Pharmacy Manager and Accuracy Checking Technicians. There are lots of opportunity for development within this role including ACT training upon successful completion of probation.

You will be working on a 10 week rolling rota

You will undertake your Year 1 training at a Hull and East Yorkshire Training Provider and at the Aircraft Maintenance Academy in Humberside 5 days per week

You will learn the basics for completing placements in engineering

You will gain experience in engineering areas including design, systems, in-service support, flight test, mission systems and integration

You will receive comprehensive training at the global headquarters before moving into the field, ensuring you are fully equipped with the technical knowledge and tools you need to succeed. For the right individual, there is also a clear pathway into team leadership and technical management.

You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing, and configuring new systems, and maintaining network security.

You will also be involved in training and supporting end-users, documenting procedures and best practices, and collaborating with other IT professionals.

You will be a key player in our Desktop Support Team, providing responsive and high-quality technical support across our sites and remote teams. Based in our Howden office, you will collaborate with a close-knit team supporting a wide range of users - from journalists on deadline to technical specialists on location.
