You will have excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills and will play an active role in maintaining high standards of team performance and engagement.

You will play a key role in anticipating and identifying customer needs, maximising the use of available resources, and ensuring the department operates efficiently and effectively. The role also involves motivating and supporting the team to achieve business objectives while consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.
