You will have previous working experience of within an IT team along with experience of troubleshooting hardware and software and a solid understanding of networking concepts.
You will have worked in a role where you have delivered technical support from non-technical IT end users through to knowledgeable IT end users.
You will work closely with internal and external teams in a friendly, fast paced environment.
