You will help lead and set technical and strategic direction for the group, support customer and stakeholder engagement, and deliver technical solutions on internal and external projects.

You will work on real production problems rather than research-only work, owning models from first iteration through to live deployment.

You will collaborate closely with other data scientists, data engineers, and DevOps, with the freedom to shape how GenAI and ML are used across the platform.

You will have built an optimization model using MILPs, heuristics, decomposition, or other methods (big focus on linear optimization, not so much on non-linear). In terms of skills you should have strong working experience with optimization solvers (e.g. Gurobi, Cplex, FICO Xpress optimization or other).
