You will work closely with the Finance Director and wider leadership team to ensure robust financial reporting, strong controls, and a well-run finance operation. The role will suit someone technically strong, comfortable rolling up their sleeves, and confident in leading a high-performing team.
You will be working at Rye Meads STW, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, along with managing a multi-skilled team of up to 15 technicians.
You will be based at Rye Meads STW, but will require travel to other sites occasionally for training, making a driving license and car ownership essential.
