You will provide day-to-day IT support for staff and students, resolving issues with hardware, software, AV equipment and network systems. The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy school environment.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.

You will be highly organised, creative and be able to plan and teach engaging and innovative lessons with demonstrated interpersonal skills.
