You will take responsibility for the sales and development of a small, defined range of products. This is not cold sales, the company is already established and known in the market. The focus is on building relationships, increasing revenue from existing customers, and driving new opportunities through smart market development.

You must be confident in talking to prospective clients and candidates. There is great potential to exceed the advertised salary based on your own efforts and work commitment. Ongoing training is provided with individuals encouraged to successfully develop within the company.

You will manage teams, coordinate resources, enforce health and safety regulations, and liaise with contractors, suppliers, partners and customers. You will support the lorry loaders, making sure that the pallets are added to the lorries in a sensible order and that everything that should be included has been packed.

You will be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of projects and lead a skilled team. Key Responsibilities - Manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.

You will have previous experience in the hospitality industry – preferably with a hotel background, meeting, greeting and interacting with guests, ideally in an hotel environment but this is not essential.
