You will have experience working with hardware and software, delivering a high level of IT service in a face-to-face end user environment, and you will have a passion for providing IT support in the education sector. Experience of the education sector, as well as knowledge of systems and technologies in this sector would be advantageous, with Microsoft 365 knowledge being essential.
