IT Program Manager jobs in Castle Donington

You will assist management with day-to-day type IT Tasks and in doing so the Company will help further develop the skils and experience of the successful Candidate.

You will need to form an in-depth understanding of your customers' priorities and to develop close relationships with them, empathising with their challenges and focusing on delivering first-class service and support. From time to time, there will be a need to visit customers directly and occasionally deputise for the Account Management team at meetings during holidays, etc.

You will create order and sense out of complexity and uncertainty and enable confident, data-inspired decision making. In this role, you will thrive in a cross-functional and collaborative environment that values unique perspectives, rewards innovation, and challenges the status quo.

You will manage the service delivery of all Reactive & Programmed maintenance, and Billable Works in accordance with statutory legislation and MoD Mandatory requirements

You should also have developed IT skills and hold Emergency First Aid, Fire Safety and IOSH qualifications, as well as a full UK driving license.
