You will gain valuable experience across the whole operational business working on a number of different processes and projects. This is a structured 2-year graduate programme designed to provide a range of experience and understanding across all core IT engineering disciplines.
You will complete four 6-month rotations as part of this programme.
You will be utilising your excellent and prompt customer support skills, representing Tailor Made Technologies in a professional and courteous manner. This role is based on our site in Whiteley (Monday to Friday) with an on call out of business hours expectation once a month.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day first line calls and ticket triage to support end users at the desktop level. We will support and invest in your technical development and career progression as part of our growing IT function. Ensure Helpdesk calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.
