What You'll Actually Do Day-to-Day Sales Leadership: - Manage and coach a team of BDMs selling IT managed services, cloud, cyber security, and telecoms - Conduct daily/weekly performance reviews - call quality, pipeline health, deal progression

You will be given a small number of existing customer accounts and be responsible for expanding spend into white space, supported by senior account managers, sales leadership and a wider commercial team.

You will be surrounded by experienced, successful sales people who are invested in developing talent and sharing best practice.

You must have a proven background in IT Sales and IT managed services or Cyber security sales.

You will be responsible for your own sales targets - Monitor CRM activity and ensure accurate pipeline management - Run team huddles and team meetings to drive focus and energy Performance Management

You will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, owning, supporting and promoting Scrum / Agile / DevOps ways of working.
