You will ensure effective covenant monitoring, reporting, arrears management, collections activity and restructuring support, while maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance and customer care.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and support wider strategic and transformation initiatives across Operations.
You will be managing a wide ranging client portfolio overseeing the delivery of year end accounts, tax, advisory services and building client relationships as well as developing and supporting the wider team and working closely with the firms directors as a key addition.
You will build relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
You will ideally be comfortable working quite independently at times and delivery / outcome focused, and you will be required to be in the office 2 or 3 days a week. This is a very commercial role where you can use advanced analytics and data-driven approaches to drive decision-making and gain deep insights into customer behaviour, and a role where you can really have an impact!
You will be a motivated and organised individual who can lead a portfolio of clients as well as meet deadlines.
You will be conversant with the latest Cloud-based accounting technology, such as Xero and enjoy adopting new tech.
You will receive regular training, and you’ll be given time to ensure that you keep up to date with the latest changes in accounting, taxation and technology.
You will be involved in the structuring and origination of deals from enquiries through to agreeing Heads of Terms.
You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of cases to maximise loan completions along with managing the full lifecycle of the development from initial drawdown through to completed developments.
