You will accomplish a variety of warehouse responsibilities including picking, packing, receiving product, and working with our delivery riders. Customers turn to Gopuff to provide their everyday essentials—day and night, rain or shine. You will be responsible for the manufacture of high-quality products for our external customers. Full training is provided, the ideal candidate requires an interest in electronics and a practical, hands on position.
You will be responsible for delivering high quality repairs and maintenance works across housing stock, ensuring a “right first time” approach and excellent customer service.
You will be expected to follow all processes and procedures while keeping the Customer Service team informed of progress. Key Responsibilities:• Service Delivery:• Complete repairs on the first visit wherever possible. • Liaise with Customer Service Coordinators to provide updates on defect status.
