IT operations engineer jobs in Cheshire

You will spend the majority of your time working with and alongside engineers and technicians on operational sites as part of your on-the-job training. This will be supported by block release vocational training working through a HND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a BEng (Hons) in Control & Automation:

You will be responsible for broadcast engineering, real-time media operations, and the continuous improvement of live content workflows across studio, on-site, and hybrid environments.

You will lead technical delivery with a strong sense of ownership, protecting live performance through robust system design, disciplined execution, and resilient architecture.

You will be the process owner for engineering-based management processes, setting standards for all shifts to work against & work with Shift Managers to ensure consistent application.

You will have a strategic eye for efficiency and continuous improvement, and the logical composure to orchestrate teams and trigger progressive change.
