You will work closely with the Section Foreman to coordinate labour, plant, and materials to ensure works are delivered safely, to specification, and in line with programme and budget.

You will also monitor and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring their works meet contractual, quality, and safety requirements.

You will allocate work, champion food safety, support audits, and lead investigations into hygiene-related non-conformances.

You will also act as the senior point of contact on night shift, representing the site professionally and delivering clear handovers to day teams.
