You will lead and support service and installation engineers, act as the senior technical escalation point for AC systems, and drive compliance, quality, and best practices. The role also includes providing technical input into tenders and quotations, overseeing RAMS, and supporting commissioning and small installation projects.

You will manage and coach staff, set goals and objectives and make sure you're compliant with policies and procedures. In addition, you'll ensure the daily smooth running of your department and drive it to even greater success. This role would suit an experienced Automotive Manager with lots of fantastic ideas and a proactive, positive attitude.

You will work closely with project and programme leads to ensure technical governance, robust engineering standards, and effective coordination across a portfolio of water-sector projects. Key Responsibilities: - Direct and develop multi-disciplinary engineers, CAD technicians and graduates

You will be a true Brand Ambassador who will be able to interact easily with a broad range of customers.

You will be a natural promoter of customer service excellence, responsible for the customer’s journey and experience instore, ensuring that customers return time and time again.

You will ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Operator’s Licence undertakings, while maintaining a safe, roadworthy, and compliant fleet. This is a senior operational role with responsibility for compliance governance, workshop performance, people leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, increasing customer lifetime value, and developing both Sales Executives and Team Leaders to achieve outstanding results.

You will influence strategy, drive sales success, and make a real impact on the company’s continued growth.

You will provide technical leadership, manage teams and supply chain partners, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, to quality standards and within budget. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring strong leadership, technical expertise and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in complex, regulated environments.
